If you choose to sign up with your phone number, make sure to provide your email, password, and inviter code (if you have one). Yes, you can delete your Loxeco account at any time. However, please note that deleting your account will result in the loss of access to ongoing orders, wallet amounts, and other essential data. To delete your account, go to the "Profile" section and follow the prompts.
To cancel or modify your order, visit the "My Orders" section in your account dashboard. If your order has not yet been processed, you’ll see an option to cancel or make changes. If the order has already been processed, please contact customer support for assistance.
