Welcome to Loxeco! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Loxeco app and services provided by Goodluck Platforms ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Loxeco app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using our services, or accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Loxeco app, including buyers, sellers, and delivery personnel.

2. Account Registration

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Loxeco. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Account Security: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized or fraudulent activity.

3. Use of the Loxeco App

• Permitted Use: You may use Loxeco to browse, buy, sell, and deliver products in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the app for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Post or transmit any false, misleading, or defamatory content.
  • Use the app to distribute spam or other unsolicited messages.
  • Interfere with the operation of the app or its security features.
  • Engage in any activity that could harm Loxeco or other users.

4. Buying and Selling on Loxeco

• Product Listings: Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their product listings are accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws. Loxeco is not responsible for the content of the listings or the quality of the products sold.

• Purchases: Buyers agree to purchase products as described by the seller. All sales are binding, and buyers are obligated to pay for the products they order.

• Payments: Payments can be made securely through the Loxeco app or directly to the seller upon delivery. Loxeco may offer various payment methods, and you agree to use only valid payment methods that you are authorized to use.

• Delivery: Delivery of products is arranged by the seller. Loxeco provides a platform for the transaction but does not guarantee the delivery of products. Delivery personnel are required to follow all applicable laws and guidelines during deliveries.

5. Fees and Charges

Loxeco does not charge hidden fees for transactions on the platform. However, sellers may be subject to transaction fees as outlined in the Loxeco Seller App. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete a transaction.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

• Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in activities that violate these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, misuse of personal information, and any actions that could harm other users or the platform.

• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you submit to Loxeco, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our services.

• Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions to Loxeco, you grant us the right to use your feedback without any obligation to you.

7. Data Privacy and Security

Your use of Loxeco is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination and Suspension

• Termination by You: You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@loxeco.com. Deleting your account may result in the loss of access to certain features and data, including ongoing orders and wallet balances.

• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or posed a risk to the platform or its users.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loxeco, its affiliates, and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for accessing or using the app.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loxeco, its affiliates, and its partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our app and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ghana.
